I ordered Comb Honey & Organic Wild Honey (both gathered from the Himalayan as told by you).
You gave me a couple sachets of Juliflora Honey, complimentary
Below is my review.
I tasted each of your Honeys (incl the Julifora) twice + so that I could give feedback.
My 1st impressions is that all are excellent (better than any Indian honey I have tasted & equal to the best Wild Rockbee honey - some NZ Manuka Honeys are better but this is better than some other NZ Manukas & equal to the finest Welsh Heather honey - though different in texture, of course).
Even the Juliflora - new for me - is nice.
But the best is the Organic Wildflower honey - simply very good, creamy, sweet but cannot detect added sugar). 👏
The Comb honey is almost as good - but the wax is very hard, unchewable, has to be spit out sometimes because it's so hard (like Nutmeg or Allspice bark)!
I don't think it's old stock but latish harvest from the Hive - always difficult to judge the right maturity but suggest you experiment harvesting a little earlier (when the wax can be swallowed after chewing).
Otherwise an excellent Comb honey.
