Refund policy
For international returns, our 30-day return policy remains the same. However, return shipping is not free for international orders. The customer will bear all return shipping costs and any customs duties or taxes. Refunds will be made in the original currency used during purchase. Damages and issues
Please check your order as soon as it arrives. Contact us right away if any item is damaged, defective, or incorrect so we can look into it and solve the issue.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Some items cannot be returned – like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom items (such as personalized or special orders), and personal care products (like beauty items). We also cannot accept returns of hazardous goods, flammable liquids, or gases. If unsure, feel free to reach out and ask about your item.
We do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
To get a different item quickly, return the one you have. Once we accept the return, place a new order separately.
Refunds
We’ll inform you once we’ve received and checked your return. If approved, your refund will be sent to your original payment method. Refunds take 1–7 working days. Your bank or card provider may need more time to process it.
