The Misunderstood Art of Crystallization
A common myth says crystallized honey means impure or adulterated honey. In fact, mustard honey crystallizes quickly because of its natural sugar composition. Our unfiltered honey comes straight from the hive to your home.
A layer of white foam on your honey is a good sign. It's made of tiny air bubbles, showing the honey was bottled without heating. The foam can also contain fine particles of pollen, propolis and beeswax.
Lab-tested: Every batch is NMR-tested by Intertek (Germany) for sugar-syrup adulteration, and tested for antibiotic residues, heavy metals and rice-syrup markers (SMR and TMR). It is also tested against FSSAI (Food Safety and Standards Authority of India) parameters. Scan the QR code on your jar to view that batch's lab report.
Raw and unpasteurized, it keeps natural traces of beeswax and pollen from the hive.
Our beekeeping approach means no bees are harmed, and the honey is gathered without alteration, preserving the flavor, aroma and texture that nature intended.
Storage: Store at room temperature in a cool, dry place. To soften, set the closed jar in warm (not boiling) water.
Important: Do not feed honey to infants under 12 months of age. Raw honey contains natural pollen. If you are allergic to pollen or bee products, consult your doctor before use. Packed in a facility that also processes peanuts.
