A rare, dark monofloral honey from the ajwain (carom) fields of Morbi and Jamnagar, Gujarat. Ajwain honey has a dense texture and a bold, slightly bitter, herbal finish. It's a favorite for strong tea, savory glazes and anyone who prefers a less-sweet honey.
Notice the light white foam on top? It's a natural sign that the honey was bottled without heating. Ajwain honey rarely crystallizes, so it keeps its silky texture.
Raw, unheated, unpasteurized and unfiltered. It comes straight from our beekeepers, who harvest without harming the bees.
Lab-tested: Every batch is NMR-tested by Intertek (Germany) for sugar-syrup adulteration. Scan the QR code on your jar to view that batch's lab report.
Storage: Store at room temperature in a cool, dry place. Raw honey naturally crystallizes; to re-liquefy, set the closed jar in warm (not boiling) water.

Having done some research, this is one of the few brands offering certified raw organic honey, one of the best we have every had and tasted!
